What things cost, and what changes the number.

Nothing here is a surprise later. Starting points are published; the final figure comes from a scoping call and lands in writing before anyone commits.

Figures below are indicative starting points in BDT for planning purposes, current for 2026. Your quotation is confirmed in writing after scoping — VAT and third-party licence costs stated separately.

04 What moves the price

Five things, and you control most of them.

How much of your process is unusual
Standard configuration of an existing product is weeks. Genuinely novel workflow is months. We will tell you which one you have in the first call.
Where the data lives now
Clean exports migrate quickly. Fifteen years of spreadsheets with inconsistent names is the single most common cost surprise, so we scope migration separately.
How many systems it must talk to
Each integration — payment gateway, courier, accounting, biometric device — is its own piece of work with its own failure modes.
Your deployment and compliance needs
Cloud is cheapest. Private cloud and on-premise cost more because isolation, audit and residency obligations are real engineering.
How fast you need it
A compressed timeline means more people in parallel, which costs more than the same work sequenced normally. Sometimes it is worth it.
Payment terms
Project work: milestone-based, typically 40% on signing, balance against agreed deliverables.
Subscriptions: annual billing for Starter, monthly or annual for Business, annual for Enterprise.
No work begins without written scope, and changes are quoted before they are built.
Invoices in BDT for Bangladesh clients, GBP or USD through the UK entity.

Pricing questions

The ones we are asked before every contract.

Why are these figures indicative rather than fixed?
Because the same request means different work at different companies. Publishing a starting point tells you whether we are in your range; the quotation after scoping is the number that goes in the contract.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Onboarding is included on Business and Enterprise plans. For Starter, implementation is quoted separately if you need data migration or staff training.
Do you charge for the scoping call?
No. The first conversation, the written scope and the quotation are free. You owe nothing until you accept.
What happens if the project grows mid-build?
We quote the change, you approve it in writing, then we build it. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you have not agreed first.
Can we start on Starter and move up?
Yes, and most clients do. Your data moves with you; the difference is modules, users and support level.
Do you work with fixed budgets?
Often. Tell us the budget and we will tell you honestly what fits inside it, or that it does not — rather than starting something we cannot finish.
