Common questions

Can we start with one product and add others later?
Yes — they share one platform core, so adding a second product later means new modules, not a second login or a second database.
Do you migrate our existing data?
Included in onboarding. We import spreadsheets and legacy exports, reconcile them with you, then run a pilot before cutover.
Can the software be customised for our process?
Standard configuration covers most needs. Beyond that we build custom modules on the same platform — quoted separately.
What happens if our internet goes down?
POS keeps billing offline and syncs when the connection returns. The other products need connectivity, or an on-premise deployment.
Is the interface available in Bangla?
Yes — full interface and printed documents in both Bangla and English across every product.
Who owns our data?
You do. Export it in full at any time, and on-premise deployments never leave your servers.
