FAQ

YouTube promotion questions.

Will this give me subscribers?
Ads bring real viewers to your video. If they like what they see, some subscribe — but no honest service can guarantee a number. Anyone promising guaranteed subscribers is almost certainly using fake engagement, which can get a channel penalised.
How many views can I get for ৳999?
It depends on audience, video length and season. We give an estimated range before launch from Google's own planning tools and report the exact result after. Shorter, hook-first videos usually get cheaper views.
Why not just use 'Promote' in YouTube Studio?
Promote is simple but has limited targeting and reporting. Google Ads gives audience, topic, placement and format control. For very small boosts we'll tell you if Promote is the cheaper route.
Is it safe for my channel?
Yes. We use official Google Ads only. Views from ads are counted separately by YouTube and never violate its fake-engagement policy.
Can you target Bangladeshi viewers abroad?
Yes — the Middle East, UK, USA, Malaysia and other diaspora markets, by location and language. Costs per view are higher outside Bangladesh.
Do I need a Google Ads account?
No. For creator packages we run the campaign and fund it through Open-Rate. Business clients can use their own account.

Engagement & billing
  • Management fees are billed monthly in advance; creator and campaign packages are paid upfront
  • Monthly plans are month-to-month after the first commitment period, with 15 days' written notice to stop
  • Management fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable; Open-Rate ad credit and creator packages are all-inclusive
  • Setup fees cover one-time account, tracking and campaign build work and are non-refundable once work starts
Ad budget & ad credit
  • Ad budget is separate from the management fee and is paid to the platform — on your own card, or as ad credit through Open-Rate
  • Ad credit bought through Open-Rate is spent only on your campaigns; the platform invoice or billing screenshot is shared on request
  • Unspent ad credit is carried forward to your next campaign or refunded at the original rate, less any bank charges
  • Platform minimum budgets and billing thresholds apply and may change without notice from the platform
Platform policy
  • All ads must follow the advertising policies of Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn; final approval belongs to the platform
  • We are not responsible for disapprovals, account restrictions or policy changes made by a platform
  • We will not run prohibited products, misleading claims or fake engagement, even on request
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of offers, prices and claims you ask us to advertise
Results & reporting
  • Forecasts of views, reach, clicks or leads are estimates from platform tools — not guarantees
  • Performance depends on offer, price, landing page, competition, season and budget
  • Reports always show the exact platform cost separately from our fees
  • You can request your ad account IDs and Google Ads customer ID at any time
Access & ownership
  • Ad accounts, Business Manager, pixels and audiences are owned by you; we work with partner or user access
  • Creative assets produced and paid for are yours after full payment
  • On termination we hand over all access and documentation within 5 working days
  • Login credentials are never shared by email or chat; access is granted through the platform
Confidentiality
  • Business data, customer lists and results are kept confidential and used only for your campaigns
  • Customer lists uploaded for audiences are hashed by the platform and never reused for other clients
  • We may show anonymised, non-confidential results as case studies unless you opt out in writing
  • Corporate clients receive a VAT invoice and AIT documentation on request
